Pawsitive Partners was founded in 2010 by Stephanie Williams after receiving her first certification as a professional dog trainer through the Animal Behavior College program. Since then, Stephanie has earned the only nationally recognized dog trainer certification through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers. In 2013, Pawsitive Partners has expanded, adding Fran Zelladonis as another nationally certified professional dog trainer. Stephanie and Fran now work as a team to teach clients how to train and build relationships with their dogs. Stephanie also runs the day training/dog walking program.

Stephanie Williams, CPDT-KA
Stephanie Williams holds a bachelors degree in education, as well as certification as a professional dog trainer through the CCPDT. She began her teaching career in 2004, teaching music to middle school students in New Haven, CT. While she loved teaching her music students, Stephanie's love of dogs drove her to pursue a career as a professional dog trainer where she could do what she loves most - teaching people to train their dogs. She combines her skill and understanding of human education as well as canine training to provide successful, positive learning experiences for both ends of the leash. Stephanie currently shares her life with three wonderful dogs - Simon, a springer spaniel, and three shelties, Dash, Mika and Reese. Mika and Reese both compete in agility, and Mika recently finished her Masters Agility Championship title in AKC agility. Stephanie teaches agility as well, and has recently become a certified OneMind Dogs Instructor!
